We started Knotpot because disagreements are faster, cheaper and kinder when the rules are agreed before anyone is upset.
So we put the three things a fair ending needs in one place: the money, on a clear record; the rules, in plain English and signed by both of you; and a neutral, documents-only process with a person who decides and signs.
